 罪がおきると罪をなすりつけられるスケープゴートがいる・・・朝鮮人に加えて最近ではクルド人が増えた。 クルドヘイターによる市長の脅迫。
そのさつ人未遂犯は不起訴となり、平気で街中を闊歩しているとさ。

不起訴になったなら「殺人未遂犯」ではない。なんの容疑だったかも警察に確認しなければ不明だろう？
