 最近はコメント欄で訂正してくれているひとがいる・・・ありがたい。

   

 全くのデタラメだろうね。

 

賛否両論あるようだが、役者が感情を顕にするのは下手な役者・・・現実の人間は感情を抑制しようとしている・・・なるほど。 映画なんか、喚くな、と言いたい。

  The Wine Jesus Drank 

 十字架にかけられたイエスがワインを口に当てられる場面がある。

So the first wine (mixed with myrrh) was designed to dull Jesus’ pain, to keep him from having to endure the cross with full consciousness.

 

This wine he refused. And the second (sour) wine was given to keep him “conscious for as long as possible,” and thus have the effect of prolonging his pain. This is the wine Jesus drank.

　一度目は痛みを鈍らせるため、２度めは意識をはっきりさせるためのものであったが、最初のワインは拒否し、２度目のワインは口をつけた、と。自分に割り当てられた苦しみをしっかりと経験するためにだ、と。

　 ブレーブハートに同じ場面があって、この場面を再現したんだろう。マザーテレサが患者の虐待したといわれるのも患者に鎮痛剤を与えなかったから、という記事を読んだことがある。

　他に達成できる有益で大きな目的があるなら別だが、そうでなければ、苦しみは・・・自分のでも他人のでもーーーー減らしたほうがいいべ？　ここらへん、おれは功利主義だな。
