１）障害をもったおれの友人のところがこんなかんじだな。ーDysfunctional 

だから、行政が強制的に介入しちゃったほうが親切かもしれないな、とも思うこともあるのだが、意思の尊重ということでそれも難しい。


２）出産、育児機能が同性婚で問題になるが、出産は数ある家族の機能のほんのひとつにすぎない。かりに出産、育児がなくても家族というのは現代社会でも重要な役割を果たしている。同性婚に法的保護与えてもいいと思う所以である。
