新聞記事は事案を判断、評価できる程度の事実を明記すべき。

 

第1条【「難民」の定義】 

(2)1951年1月1日前に生じた事件の結果として、かつ、人種、宗教、国籍もしくは特定の社会的集団の構成員であることまたは政治的意見を理由に迫害を受けるおそれがあるという十分に理由のある恐怖を有するために、国籍国の外にいる者であって、その国籍国の保護を受けることができない者またはそのような恐怖を有するためにその国籍国の保護を受けることを望まない者及びこれらの事件の結果として常居所を有していた国の外にいる無国籍者であって、当該常居所を有していた国に帰ることができない者またはそのような恐怖を有するために当該常居所を有していた国に帰ることを 望まない者。
How is sexual orientation, gender identity or intersex status a basis for refugee protection?
A “particular social group” refers to a group of persons who share a common characteristic other than their risk of being persecuted or who are perceived by society as a group. The characteristic will be innate, unchangeable or otherwise fundamental to one’s identity, conscience or the exercise of one’s human rights. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), as well as some countries of asylum, have recognized that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) and intersex individuals may qualify as “members of a particular social group”. Refugee claims based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or intersex status may also be linked to other Refugee Convention grounds, notably political opinion and religion. Fear of persecution based on perceived sexual orientation or gender identity may also qualify one as a refugee. Nevertheless, many countries do not recognise LGBT and intersex persons as a particular social group, or refugee claims based on persecution related to sexual orientation, gender identity and intersex status 
国よって解釈が違うようだが、難民として認めるところでは、「特定の社会集団の構成員」に含めるようである。

　日本でも裁判所が同性愛者を難民として認定したニュースがあったから、日本もLGBTを難民認定はするんだろうね。

モーリタニア、ナイジェリア（英語版）北部では同性愛者は死刑に処される場合がある。ウガンダ、スーダン（英語版）、タンザニアでは同性愛法により最高で終身刑が課せられる。

南アフリカ共和国（英語版）は、アフリカで最もLGBTに寛容な国である。権利も法的に保証されており、同性結婚も合法になっている


記事で男性の国名を明記すべきだろう。でなければ、公正な判断ができない。

日本従属国っぷりを象徴するのは一等地を米軍に取られてる空域。横田空域を避けるために、例えば羽田から伊丹に飛ぶ場合、一旦千葉県に入り距離稼いで上昇するか、太平洋側に大きく迂回する必要がある。そして何よりファンタジー「核の傘」を信じていることが従属魂で一杯。

　都市計画の違いはあったろうが、米軍がこれほど余裕の計画が立てられたのは・・・・主従というか、米軍様への配慮せざるえない地位にあったんだろうな。 

 自衛隊員だったら普通の住宅地かそれ以下の団地か寮みたいなところに住まわせているんじゃないの？ インターネットクルドヘイター集団は迷惑だな。

  いずれにせよ公職選挙法は改正すべき。 へええ。 

 まあ、事故だったとしても中国は全容解明すべきだな。

宗教って好きなんだけど、こうなってくるとやばいよな・・・・なんでこうなっちゃうのかなああ・・・・人間の弱みにつけ込んでひどいことするよな・・・・より自由に、より幸福にならなければ宗教も駄目だな。



おれの通っていた都立高では欠席、早退はザラだったな。単位とれなくなるかも、と焦ったほどだった。

 睡眠時間が増えて食べる量がどんどん減ってエンドロフィンが増えて痛みが減って楽に死ねるんだな。

　「死後の世界」ーー他の臨死体験の話聞いても「死後の世界」ーー死の寸前の世界？ーーー平和と愛と喜びに満ちていた、みたいのがおおいな。
